Privacy notice

Norm Benn Training Centre collects the information you enter in our registration and contact forms — such as your name, contact details, address, company, EDM certificate number and payment preference — only to arrange your training, issue certificates, invoice you or your employer, and answer your questions.

Your information is stored in a private database that only Norm Benn Training Centre staff can access. We do not sell or share it with anyone, except where needed to meet TSSA training and certification requirements.
